For in store purchases: we assume that you like what you see. For prescription glasses, we can refund a frame that is in as-new condition within 30 days, though lenses are product bespoke to you and we do not refund the cost of lenses for in store purchases. For non-prescription sunglasses or frames, we will happily exchange them for another pair within 30 days if they are in as new condition.
